In his book “The Sour Pack” Ronald Chu identified and illustrated the credo and lifestyle of a clan of young people in society in a comical way. Here are some of the illustrations taken from the book; perhaps you could find some of them familiar to you.
Woman : My love for you is as deep as water can go and as hot as fire can burn. I’ve decided to marry you.
Man: I’ll finished. I’ll be living in ‘Deep water and scorching fire” (means extreme misery).

Woman: Do you agree with the saying that women are made of water?
Man: I do.
Woman: But I’ve never felt that I’m made of water.
Man: Because you are a pool of dead water.

Woman: I’ve a bad habit which I hope you’ll tolerate. I never go out in the same dress twice.
Man: I also have a bad habit which I hope you’ll tolerate. I never take the same woman twice.

Woman: You’re too hesitant. Can’t you make up you mind faster?
Man: Of course, I can. If only you don’t change your mind as fast.
——————————————————————————————————————
Man: You look awful with your spectacles.
Woman: I know. But without the spectacles, I wouldn’t be able to see how awful you are.
———————————————————————————————————————
Woman: Do I look better without glasses?
Man: You look better when I’m without glasses.
———————————————————————————————————————
Woman: A woman’s life is ruined if she doesn’t get marry.
Man: A man’s life is ruined if he gets married.
———————————————————————————————————————
Woman: There’s always a woman behind every successful man.
Man: What about behind an unsuccessful man?
Woman: Too many women.
———————————————————————————————————————Man : Why do you choose me as your boy friend?
Woman: You resemble my ex-boyfriend in many ways.
