Johor Bahru 柔佛州新山

People say that Johor is all about food and shopping. There is no much attractions for the tourists. I started my journey on the discovery of Johor Bahru by taking bus 950 from Woodlands interchange. I had to queue for about 3 hours to pass through the Johor Immigration and Customs which I think this is normal. The City Square and KSL City are the two popular places people will visit. I started my exploration from there.

The Kam Long Ah Zai Curry Fish Head (亚福街金龙阿仔咖喱鱼头) located at Jalan Wong Ah Fook is a must try because the queue is always long (long queue means good food?). There are also many other good and cheap food worth trying. Just look for the long queue and you wouldn’t be wrong.

Besides food, I also discovered some historical and cultural places worth the visit. Follow the arrow and you will be right to the destination.

The impressive street arts in Johor worth a stop for you to admire.

When the night falls, there is another side of beauty in Johor.

If you have the time, you could take the public bus T41 from the Larkin Sentral to the Leogoland theme park for an awesome moment of memories.

You could also take the public bus T21 from JB Sentral to the Mid Valley Shopping Mall to have a day of shopping and eating experience.

Mount Fuji 富士山

It was raining when I reached Mount Fuji. According to the staff at the information counter, they do not encourage mountain climbing for these few days as the weather is not good. Despite the rain, I walked up Mount Fuji. Although I did not reach the summit but I can say proudly say I have climbed Mount Fuji.

Mt Emei
